Together, We’re Planning The Future of Martin Creek Park

The City of Edgerton is launching the Martin Creek Park Exploration Project for the park located at 20200 Sunflower Road. This project is about listening to the community, exploring ideas, and creating a clear, realistic long-term vision for the park’s future. This project is focused on identifying priorities and ideas that can guide decisions and investments for years to come.

About the Martin Creek Park Plan

Welcome to the Martin Creek Park Exploration Project website!

This process begins with community engagement and collaboration. Over the coming months, residents are invited to share their ideas and feedback through public meetings, open houses, pop-up events, an online survey, and this dedicated project website. These conversations will help shape a shared vision for the park—what activities it should support, what amenities are important, and how people want to use the space.

Using your input, the project team will develop multiple concept options showing different ways the park could evolve over time. These concepts may include features like walking trails, play areas, gathering spaces, landscaping, and parking.

The final outcome will be a master plan that outlines recommended improvements, a phased approach for building them as funding becomes available. The project will also look at park maintenance needs and identify potential grant and funding opportunities to help support future improvements.

Throughout the process, transparency and public involvement remains a priority. This website will serve as a hub for updates, meeting information, and ways you can participate. Community feedback will guide decisions and help ensure Martin Creek Park continues to serve Edgerton residents for years to come.
